Uh... Independence Day fan-art. Sorry if it looks rushed, I have limited time doing this OTL

A little explanation about that glowing yellow thing on her waist, that's supposed to mean " change "... like how she's changing from a military-like person to a now more gentle girl after reigning her freedom.

But actually.. I really don't know what I was doing with this. I just kind of splattered things here and there without knowing...
