No, the title is not about Psy's Gentleman music, video or whatever.

I've already done Belarus ( [link] ), so I decided why I not draw another one? At first I was thinking of doing Kugelmugel or Wy, but both have little reference pictures. I was thankful that New Zealand has a design sketch by Himaruya, haha.

It seems that I have lost my coloring attempts at Hetalia/Himaruya's style. OTL I'm sorry, its been too long that I've drawn a Hetalian Styled and now I forgot how to. Orz Still, I'm quite joyous about the result, it came out okay~
